Our new brand: what it means for your clients

As we’re sure you have noticed, we recently launched the Embark Pensions brand and this shiny new website (we hope you like it as much as we do!)

Understandably, clients holding a Liberty SIPP scheme will have questions about the rebrand and what it means for them. No, you don’t need to do anything at all.

Yes. EBS Pensions Ltd is still the Administrator and Operator of the SIPP. We have created a new brand under the EBS Pensions and Embark Group umbrella, called Embark Pensions.

Yes. We have contacted all our current advisers to let them know about the rebrand.

There have been no changes to the investments that you hold or the Trustees of the SIPP. At the same time, there are no changes to the team who look after your SIPP day-to-day, other than they will answer the phone with ‘Embark Pensions’.

Yes, we’re working through updating all of our documentation to reflect our new brand. However, don’t worry, there’s no need to change any of the documentation that you currently have.

There are no changes to the fee schedule as a result of the change of branding.  Your Option SIPP is still one of the best value for money SIPPs in the market.

Currently, your contributions are still payable to Liberty SIPP re: ‘Member Name’. If this changes in the future, we will let you know.
